Think of the rivers of blood by all those generals and emporers so in glory and triumph they can be the momentary masters of a fraction of a dot” - Carl Sagan As we know it there are leaders, presidents, generals, commanders who support violence and treachery. As we have seen many unpleasant moments in our time where people die by guns and explosive ammunition or by torcher and other inappropriate things our humanity has discovered to hurt ourselves and to just be a leader of a fraction of a pale blue dot. So I say that we take care of what we have left so our humanity can live on for more generations to come. And if we decide “hey let’s just kill anyone who stands in the way of making me leader of this tiny earth”, well there will probably be no more people to lead by the time you become the leader since you probably killed thousands or maybe even millions of people just to become the leader you’ve always wanted to be. I disagree with killing in this world because whoever created humanity:us I bet they’re very disappointed in us because we are killing innocent lives to become something so compact that I might just pass out right now. But even in wars, soldiers have died for only one reason- to become leader of all of us and that’s just sad, I think that us humans should be more caring, forgiving, loving so that when it’s time fore us to go, we will all be remembered for a good cause and that good cause is- “To stop taking lives”. Also I have one last thing to say. How did all this killing and taking lives started? That’s my question , like whoever started to do this, shame on you because now I bet that millions or billions of humans have died because of people taking each other’s lives and this is totally sick I tell you. Nobody s lives deserves to be taken by there own kind and which I would call cannabalism and for some reason I think this is true but in a way they are actually not eaten them but actually taking there whole life away from there..... Vancouver Art GalleryIf I could take home any artwork from the Vancouver Art Gallery, it would ought to be this desert, mound, hill sort of painting that represents how sandy and how steep the desert hills and all could be. But I also might just take Emily Carr’s landscape paintings since I’m a big fan of going outdoors and exploring what beautiful place our world is. I most favour that desert like painting by a artist that I’m not too sure of. If you look at this painting it has a lot of different shades of brown, sandstone like colour, and a bit of maroon(maybe), but I would say that painting is very abstract and I would say it’s a painting that would attract me you know, with all its dark textures of colours. But to be honest I might just sell the painting once I bring it home ,so probably not a wise decision to let me take one home. Also Emily Carr’s forest terrain paintings are really explicit too and which I would enjoy looking at.
